Central Reservations at 800-325-3589 may not have group information, so it is suggested you call directly to the hotel if you are having difficulties booking your room online. The Conference Room Rate is as follows and is available 3 days prior and after the conference.
Run of House: $170.00 USD single or double occupancy
All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 11.41%.
Resort Charge of $25/daily has been waived for the group only during the conference dates of March 14 - 19, 2010. You should review your room invoice at check out. The daily resort charge offers the following inclusions: self-parking, unlimited local, access, credit card, or calling card telephone calls, high-speed Internet access in guestrooms, daily seasonal activities, Starwood Lahaina (Shopping) Shuttle, Ka’anapali Resort Shuttle.

Extend Rates: As a special benefit for staying at The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, Starwood is happy to offer special pre & post rates at any Starwood Hotels or Resorts in Hawaii. This would include Sheraton Waikiki, Moana Surfrider a Westin Resort, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel, Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa, The Westin Maui, Sheraton Kauai, or St. Regis Princeville Resort. Extend rates cannot be used at The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa before or after the conference, your rate is listed above and includes 3 days pre and post conference dates. Check-in time is 3:00 pm.  Checkout time is 11:00 am.  Guests arriving prior to check-in shall be accommodated as rooms become available.  The Hotel shall accommodate late checkouts subject to space availability only.

IIndividual attendees may make reservations by calling our resorts desk at (808) 921-4645 and making reservation on their own. (The hours of operation are Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Hawaii Standard Time).  Rates are not confidential and a deposit equal to two night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first and/or final night of the reserved stay. 

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:
In the event that a guest who has reserved a room checks out prior to the reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one (1) night room plus applicable taxes will be charged to individual’s account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. The Hotel will inform you of this fee upon check-in.
